Shipping Policy

Shipping is available throughout Italy via courier. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer and vary depending on the weight and dimensions of the parcel.

Orders are processed and handed to the courier within 2–4 business days from receipt of payment, subject to force majeure (strikes, weather conditions, traffic disruptions). Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays and holiday eves.

Delivery Notes

  • Upon arrival, check the packaging for integrity. If it shows dents or damage, write on the courier's delivery note: "accepted with reservation for damaged parcel", specifying the type of damage.
  • In case of hidden damage (discoverable only after unpacking), the customer has 8 calendar days to send a registered letter with return receipt to the courier, with a copy to Gamma Zinken.

Refund Policy

The customer has the right to withdraw, without penalty and without having to state a reason, within 15 days of delivery (Italian Legislative Decree 206/05 and subsequent amendments).

The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending a registered letter with return receipt to the registered office (which may be anticipated by e-mail).

Return Conditions

  • Goods must be returned at the customer's expense, carriage paid.
  • Items must be absolutely new, unused, complete with all parts and in their original, perfectly resaleable packaging.
  • The right of withdrawal lapses entirely in the event of impaired integrity of the goods.

Refund

Once the goods have been received and their good condition verified, a refund of the full amount paid (excluding shipping costs) is issued by bank transfer within 30 days.

Persons acting for professional purposes (VAT number holders) and limited companies are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Warranty

  • 1 year on all electrical and mechanical parts
  • 2 years on manufacturing and design defects

The warranty is void in the event of improper use, negligence, accidents, normal wear and tear, unauthorised repairs or modifications, or failure to maintain the product. Components subject to wear and consumable materials are not covered.

To activate the warranty, ship the product (or the defective part) carriage paid to our premises, accompanied by a legible invoice or receipt and a description of the issue.
